  • One month before the big day, we’ll sit down with you and your DJ/MC to discuss all the details for the event. We’ll organize the information you have and let you know of anything you may have overlooked that still needs attention.

  • We’ll take all of the details you’ve collected and help you use them to create the timeline that everyone will be following. It’ll begin with the first items of set-up and continue through to the last rentals being returned.

  • As the person who has helped you create your timelines for the day, we’re the ideal resource when it comes to guiding your rehearsal. We’ll be there to offer as much or as little input as you want.

  • Because of our in-depth knowledge of your event, we’re able to be your eyes and ears for set-up at your venues. We’ll make sure everything is in its place, so you don’t have to worry about it.

  • We’ll be there for every important moment of your special day to make sure things run smoothly. With our timeline in one hand and a list of professionals and volunteers in the other, we’ll keep the day and night running right.

  • We will connect with all vendors in advance of your event to make sure they are properly prepared for their roles. We’ll oversee their set-up and can even handle distributing their final payments on the day of if you like.
